Pant Drive

There are many local coat drives that raise money to buy coats for thepoor to keep them warm through the winter. However, I believe it isjust as important to keep the legs warm as well. In order to donate tothis cause, I am collecting money that will be used to buy pants forthe kids in the DC metro areas (DC, Virginia, Maryland). Hopefullythis can expand to other cities and states in the near future so a lotmore folks can have a warm Christmas.

I have long liked the Adidas ClimaLite and Clima365 pants. They keepmy legs cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are perfect for year long use and are notexpensive. I bought mine from Adidas outlet store at a great price (~$20).

As the economy does not look bright in the near future, many morepeople are going to need help to keep them warm. You can be part ofthis great cause by donating some money and help spread this cause toyour friends and colleagues.
